Testimonials from our Participants
“Enlightening, profound, beautiful experience where I felt so very safe — safe enough to let go and be there fully without distractions of daily life, allowing me to be open to the journey, which brought such awareness to unknown childhood traumas that were/are leading to my adulthood problems/difficulties that left me so stuck that I couldn’t move forward. But now I am awakened to this and able to really start my journey/path of healing.”

“This retreat was an amazing healing experience for me. The facilitation was so well done and very supportive and I felt safe and comfortable embarking on my first ketamine journey. I had wonderful insights from the medicine but the best part was the supportive community we all created together.”
~ Retreat participant
“An incredible tool to help me heal from my trauma. A perfect supplement to therapy that moved me ahead in a leap, rather than a small step.”

“Eleanor and Lauren created a safe container for me. Having never done KAP and not knowing anyone in the group, this was essential and fruitful — so fruitful!”
~ E
“Lauren and Eleanor created such a loving, nurturing, safe space to facilitate healing and change.”
~ Retreat participant
“The safety created in this community makes a big change possible. Even if, or maybe especially if, you have trouble feeling comfortable in a group, this retreat creates comfort and movement.”
~ Retreat participant
“I can confidently say that ketamine has changed my life, both mentally and physically. It's a profound medicine for getting unstuck in the mind and in the body. It has helped my mind release from cycling and spinning. It has allowed me to consider everything, even the hard things, from a much more free and open perspective, without as much of the ego and fear attached. Ketamine also truly teaches the body how to relax, which is a profound gift during this time.”
