Curriculum Overview

A profound connection with this fungi is at the heart of our program.

Mushrooms are extraordinary teachers that invite us to new ways of being. This program begins by offering a deeper understanding and perspective for the action that mushrooms can offer our systems and brains- allowing for profound change.

Our program offers the first Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic, and nervous system-informed coaching approach to support microdosing, for an embodied collaborative journey of transformation.

Using this lens and tool set, we will bridge goal setting + habit formation with self-development + inner awakening. We call this sacred science.

You will graduate from this program empowered with the tools you need to transform your life from the inside out.

Meet the Visionary Co-Founders Behind Our Program!

Lauren and Eleanor are the hearts beating behind our Microdosing Program.

They met over 10 years ago in a medicine ceremony and have been weaving together ever since. Side by side they have lectured at universities and conferences. They have developed educational curriculum for mental health providers and have been senior faculty members at a Trauma Institute.

In this second business “birthing” of theirs, these two women share a personal commitment to awakening and inner work, which allows them to serve others in such a profound way.

Before they met, both women were drawn to the pursuance of spiritual seeking from the young ages of 19 and 22, when Eleanor lived in India and Lauren lived in Nepal. They bring these years of personally earned inner wisdom to everything they do here at Inner Path.

What truly sets them apart is their knack for making education engaging, complex concepts digestible, and empowering folks with knowledge. While holding space for you to discover the one in you that is the most you, as you uncover your essential wholeness.

This program is intentionally curated for folks seeking deep transformation. A bridge between science and spirit.

A journey to the core of who you are….a remembering.

Testimonials From Our Participants…

“I took Inner Path’s course on micro-dosing and it truly transformed my life! The course content was comprehensive, the team very knowledgeable, the environment was safe and supportive.  I am the owner of a mental health practice, a published author, and lead professional CEU trainings for mental health providers- I have seen many wellness approaches, and Inner Paths program really stands out. I whole heartedly  recommend it to anyone seeking a transformative experience!!”

~ Brittany Goff, LCSW-C Clinical Director of Zen Psychological Center

"The two week group immersion was such a potent experience for me. The practices were so body-based—the first step was always coming back to the body, whether it was through cold exposure, the visceral ball, yoga Nidra, or senses meditations. I felt completely supported and safe in the group, and not only was it a great way to have accountability, it was also nourishing and comforting to be reminded that I’m not on this journey alone. I truly believe that this program has the power to shift people’s experiences of themselves and their daily lives. Thank you, Eleanor and Inner Path team, for clearing this trail for us.” -SK
