What is Integrative Nutrition?
As an integrative nutritionist, Monica merges conventional nutrition principles with complementary therapies to foster holistic health.
She prioritizes understanding the interplay of lifestyle, environment, and mindset on overall well-being. Taking a holistic view, Monica will assess your dietary habits, stress levels, physical activity, sleep patterns, and emotional well-being to craft a tailored wellness plan.
Through coaching, she offers guidance, support, and accountability to facilitate the implementation and maintenance of positive changes for enhanced health and vitality. Additionally, she leverages functional support and lab testing, when necessary, to delve deeper into your health profile, ensuring a comprehensive approach to your well-being journey.
Integrative Nutrition Coaching is good for everyone but may be ideal for those…
experiencing mood, energy, and/or digestive imbalances
managing chronic disease
experiencing wellness maladies

Monica Sizemore holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health with additional specialized studies in both Western herbal medicine and Wellness coaching.
She is a dedicated and down-to-Earth problem-solver who believes that anything is possible! Her evidence-based approach to Nutrition therapy honors each person as capable, divine, and biodiverse, while recognizing that health is a complexity of mind, body, and spirit. She supports clients through comprehensive, personalized protocol, involving modalities such as dietary intervention, education, lab analysis, body system priority, holistic lifestyle coaching, and botanical medicine. Monica also cooks and curates menus for healing focused events including Inner Path’s KAP Retreats.
In 2023, Monica was part of Inner Path’s Microdose training program, where she learned about Internal Family Systems (IFS) and how to support others during their transformation. She has become a valuable part of Inner Path’s coaching program and will be part of the in-person group at TRIBE Baltimore in 2024.
She is inspired by her personal experience with loved ones and community members’ struggle with mental and behavioral health challenges, and the fantastic testament to clear evidence on the improvement of brain function that alternative and complementary health practices can bring. This, coupled with the increasing rise in societal demand for sustainable and transformative health care has led her to this path today. Her mission is to bring together ancient wisdom with modern science to offer a valuable support system for optimized health.
