Riley Robinson

MSW Intern

Riley Robinson (she/her) has always had a passion for working in the mental health field. Currently, she is an MSW student at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and is excited to be completing her internship at Inner Path under the supervision of Lauren Going, LCSW-C.

Riley has extensive experience in clinical mental health in various capacities. Additionally, she was part of the Johns Hopkins Cannabis Science Lab, where she conducted innovative clinical trials on different aspects of the cannabis experience. Her time in the mental health field has underscored for her the importance of psychedelic experiences and other plant-based medicines in fostering healing and growth. She believes in client-empowered and client-driven therapy grounded in cognitive and somatic techniques aimed at integrating brain and body.

Outside of Inner Path, Riley can be found hosting Volo sports leagues or coaching axe throwers at Urban Axes. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her cat and dog, attending live music events, and reading any book she can get her hands on.
